How do I return my order? If you need to return or exchange a product for any reason, we're happy to help! Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will process the request for you. You can return your product for another item or a refund of the item to the original payment method. Please contact us to process your request before shipping your return back to us.

Returns and Exchanges must be processed within 30 days of the order date. 

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a refund of the item to the original payment method or process your exchange as requested.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to Brand Junkie, unless the item was shipped incorrectly by Brand Junkie.

If you are requesting an exchange, return your item(s) to the address below and place a new order on your store for the replacement.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Personalized and co-branding items are non-refundable.

If you receive a faulty item or are unsatisfied with the product, please contact us and Brand Junkie will cover the cost to replace the item or offer a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

How do I place my order? Please select the Shop button to view products. Please then choose size and quantity then select Add to Cart. Please follow Check Out, Shipping, and Payment instructions to complete your order.

How do I apply my gift certificate? Enter your gift certificate number at checkout to apply it to your order. If your order total exceeds your certificate amount, an alternate form of payment will be required for the balance accordingly (See How to Order details). If your order total is less than your certificate amount, any unused balance will remain available for future use. Keep in mind when shopping that your merchandise total does not include tax and shipping.

Having trouble applying your gift certificate? Check to be sure you are entering the certificate code exactly as it appears, including all capitalization and punctuation accordingly, and that the certificate has not expired. If you continue to experience challenges, please call us at 800-994-1841.

What is an "on-demand" item? An on-demand item is a product that is not pre-printed and stocked in our warehouse, but is produced on a per-request basis. On-demand items take longer to ship, as we produce them specially for you, so please refer to the individual production time listed within the product specifications and plan accordingly.  

Will I receive a proof on items I am ordering? You will receive a proof within 1-2 business days after placing an order for any personalized items such as business cards and name badges. Please respond within 1-2 business days with your approval to keep your order on track. 

What taxes will be applied to each order? State tax will be applied to each order. Duties and taxes for international orders are 30% - 33%. This will be included to the freight cost at checkout. 

Is there an approval process for my order? If you are using your credit card to complete payment for your order, there is no approval necessary. However, please note that if choosing Invoice as your payment method, your order will be subject to manager approval. 

How do I update my billing/shipping address? Please email [email protected]  with any address billing or address changes for your current order.

Can I ship to multiple addresses? At this time, please select only one ship-to location per order. 

Forgotten password? This website is set up through Single Sign On. Please contact your IT department if you forgot your password.
